Anonimity is now allowed to PK in Dream City with these conditions:

1. Do not kill newbies! They can be easily noticed... Please bear this in mind!

2. Do not flame in any chat channel.

3. Be sport, if you kill, expect you get killed as well. Don't ever get mad from dying or if people doesn't help you.

Penalties:
1st offense - 1 week suspension from BD
2nd offense - 2 weeks suspension from BD
3rd offense - Demotion to Rydym for 1 month.
